ABOUT

Grant Johnson always had a keen interest in sport from a young age.

He started his Biokinetics practice in 2002. This was followed by  more studying to become a Clinical Nutritionist.

Grant and his wife Anneska started Johnson's Clinical Nutrition in 2009. The Nutrition practice has since been complimented by Grant obtaining his masters degree in Sports Psychology which comes in handy during weight management counselling.

Grant is therefore the ideal person to see about exercise, injury rehab, correct eating habits and how to cope with the mental challenges change.

Grant is constantly reading and researching to stay on track with new developments in the health and fitness industry.

His approach is fresh and sometimes not what you would expect, but it works and it is based on the latest research.

The approach at JCN is to use the latest and cutting edge research findings to improve upon its existing way of diet prescription.

Do yourself a favour, book an appointment and it will change what you have always believed was true.
